Commercial pulse
Half the market never reaches a tender
A supplier with spare capacity and a buyer with a need never meet unless one of them happens to go to tender. A pulse is the need or the capacity stated directly, and RASAD matches it with the pulse that completes it.
Who publishes one
Four roles, one sentence each
A pulse is a company stating its own position. It is never something RASAD concludes about you.

How the matching works
Complementary, across languages, and private by default
- Matching is complementary, not similar: a seeker meets an offerer, never another seeker.
- The official HS nomenclature — 6,939 codes — turns 8418 into refrigeration, spelled out.
- The semantic layer crosses languages: a need in Arabic finds a capacity in English.
- A private pulse shows the need and hides the company until both sides accept.
