Privacy
Privacy, in plain words
What the platform, the RASAD Lens extension, and the mobile app collect, what they never touch, and how to have your data erased.
The short version
Your account is your work, not our dataset
RASAD exists to find you commercial opportunities in the GCC. Everything we keep about you exists to run that service: your sign-in, the pulses you publish, and the settings of your workspace. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run third-party trackers on the platform or the extension.
What we hold
Account and content, plainly listed
Account: your email address, a hashed password, and the company details you give during onboarding. Sign-ins are written to an audit trail so you can see what happened in your workspace.
Content you create: the pulses you send, the connections you make between them, and any documents you attach. A pulse marked private stays visible only to you and the counterparts you connect with.
Billing: handled by the payment provider. We keep plan state, not card numbers.
The browser extension
RASAD Lens reads a page only when you let it
The extension's first run asks for consent before it reads anything. It reads the commercial intent of a Google search or an AI-tool prompt only on the pages it supports, and what it keeps is kept on your device: topics are redacted and capped before they are written, in storage closed to the pages you visit. Clearing the week's topics clears them.
Nothing leaves the browser until you act. A pulse is sent only when you press send — the search itself is never transmitted. Signing into the extension creates the same renewing session the mobile app uses; no page can read its token.
Where it lives
Our servers, named sources, no resale
Platform data is stored on our own infrastructure in the European Union. The market data itself comes from public official sources — procurement portals, statistics offices, a company registry, a news agency, and named international series — and every opportunity keeps its link to the notice it came from.
We keep account data while your workspace is active. Delete the workspace and the account follows within 30 days, except records the law asks us to retain.
Your call
