The service
RASAD reads published official sources and shows a signed-in customer the notices and signals that match the catalogue and markets that customer configured. Scores, forecasts and matches are decision aids. They are not a procurement notice, a legal opinion, or a promise that a buyer will award a contract.
RASAD Lens and the RASAD mobile app are part of the same service and are covered by these terms and by the Privacy page.
Accounts
You must give an accurate name, email and company details. You are responsible for the activity under your sign-in. A new account opens on a demo view. Each account may start one seven-day free trial from inside the platform. The trial does not require a card. When it ends, the account returns to the demo view unless a paid plan is active.
We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we cannot verify.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are offered in US dollars through our payment provider. The Omani rial figures on the pricing page are a pegged equivalent (1 OMR = 2.6008 USD) so a buyer in Oman can read the price. They are not a second currency of charge. We do not store card numbers; the provider does.
A paid period is the length stated with the plan. Paying before the current period ends extends from the end already bought. Enterprise terms, where a proposal is accepted, prevail over the self-serve plans for that customer.
Your content and official data
You keep ownership of the catalogue, pulses and documents you submit. You grant Nabux AI a licence to host and process them solely to run the service for you.
Official notices and statistics remain the publishers'. We show them with a link back to the source. You may not scrape RASAD to rebuild those sources, or present a RASAD score as the publisher's own statement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempt to break access controls, no interference with other customers, no upload of unlawful content, and no use of the output to mislead a buyer about who you are. Automated collection of the panel is not allowed except through an API we have agreed in writing.
Privacy
The Privacy page is part of these terms. It describes what we hold, where it is stored (our infrastructure in the European Union), the extension's on-device storage, and how to ask for export or erasure. Write to privacy@rasad.nabuxai.com. We answer within 30 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a workspace being closed, except records the law requires us to keep.
Intellectual property
The RASAD name, the falcon mark, the software and the panel's design belong to Nabux AI. These terms do not transfer that ownership. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as available. Sources go offline, notices are amended by their publishers, and a match can be wrong. We do not warrant that coverage is complete or that a score will win a tender.
To the extent the law of Oman allows, Nabux AI is not liable for lost profit, lost contracts, or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability in a contract year is limited to the fees you paid for RASAD in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the contract
You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to close the workspace. We may suspend access for non-payment or for a material breach. Sections that by their nature should survive — privacy, liability, governing law — do.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The courts of Muscat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
